Artist Statement

Artist Statement

Creating and sharing allows the confluence of connection, communication, exploration, expression, and its relationship with the universe, concepts, and others. Interestingly, Appalachian roots and punk
culture were fertilizer for the DIY ethos and caffeinated witticism incorporated in my art. People tend to engage within a spacious pause between the viewer and the viewed, creating their own meaning, application, narrative, questioning, or head scratching.
